Between finding a living situation, finding your forever partner, struggling with grief from your past... we are all dealing with something in our lives. As a fellow struggler with anxiety and depression, I firsthandedly know how much it can affect your daily living. We will, together, come up with ways to help combat mental illness, and find ways to push through!
Heartbreak
Heartbreak is far from an easy thing to go through. Finding your forever partner is far from the easiest task, and it comes with a lot of loss and heartbreak. Together, we will find ways to help you cope through such a feat!
About Me
Hello there! My name is Eleanora Dawn (soon to be Eleanora Mercer): LPC, LCSW, and LMHC. I am twenty-one summers now, and one of the youngest physicks of the mind here in Eorzea! I am recent licensed physicks of the mind, finishing up my coursework in Gridania!My backstory is complicated:
Born on the island country of Al K'hena, found east to the Sea of Ash, I was born into nobility. Unable to truly live my life, my childhood was far from ideal. During my thirteenth summer, I was forced into ballroom dancing and attending balls, in an elaborate attempt to be placed into an arranged bonding. My dance partner, and looked to be my future arranged husband, did unspeakable acts to me at these balls. Each and every one.By the time of my eighteenth summer, the day before my arranged bonding ceremony, I ran from home. In hiding, I docked a cargo boat headed for Limsa Lominsa. Due to rough seas, the boat crashed, and I had awaken on the eastern shores of Thanalan, near Vesper Bay. Finding myself walking for days on end, I finally stumbled upon Gridania: a place that called to me.I spent a summer or so peddling within Old and New Gridania, before meeting my great friend Azalea, who had changed my life. She offering me a home and job at her cafe, had given me a purpose here in Eorzea.Within my nineteenth summer, I had met and married my ex-spouse, a roegadyn named Blaze. What I had thought to have been my happily ever after, turned into an absolute nightmare. My former partner, who would attempt to hurt me whilst performing marital hobbies, did not respect my boundaries at all. However, began to spend their days and nights at the local Blue Mage Arena, and never would be home.During my twentieth summer, I found myself adopting an adorable elezen girl named Briovinne, who was in her fifth summer at the time. She, brightening my entire world, gave me the courage to leave my spouse, and give her the best upbringing that I could ever give her!After such time, a lovely man by the name of Aylwin came into our lives. The kindest, sweetest partner I could ever have, and the best father figure that Briovinne could ever have. We are now bonded, and are expecting our first child soon!Outside of working as a physicks of the mind, I work as a manager and barista for the Garden of Azalea cafe (https://gardenofazalea.carrd.co), as well as spending time with my family, friends, and my loved ones!
